Boots And Hearts
FRIDAY WRAP-UP

Boots and hearts, Canada’s largest country festival kicked it up a notch Friday with names like The Brothers Osborne, and Cody Johnson headlining. An energy pumping end to a fantastic day of performances.

For those that might not know, Boots and Hearts is currently in their 13th year running, and like many years past, takes place at Burl’s Creek Event Grounds in Oro-Medonte, Ontario. A town just north of Toronto. It’s been known for its incredible line up’s that are far from short in Talent and awards. Previous headliners have included Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, Alan Jackson, and Eric Church.

This year the festival take’s place from August 8-11 2024, and is curated to include two stages, this way you don’t have to miss your favourite artists AND you get to enjoy even more live music and country vibes. There’s set to be over 35 country artists, and the audience members will get to enjoy over 30 hours of entertainment over the course of the weekend.

On the front porch stage, we saw performers like Taylor-Rae, Buck Twenty, Kalsey Kulyk, Redferrin, and Chayce Beckham. Each of which, brought their own unique brand of country and flare to the stage. While it was a challenge to catch each performance between the two stages, and interviews (those coming soon.)

While on the main stage we got to see Nate Haller, Jess Moskaluke, Megan Moroney, The Brothers Osborne, and Cody Johnson. The crowds were crazy and and vast, people on shoulders as far as the eye could see. The sea of people spilled over the grassy hill and the carnival like background of festival rides painted a perfect summer backdrop. It could have been a line in a country song.

The festival will continue through Saturday and Sunday, with more magical moments and plenty more music to come. Headliners on Saturday will include Thomas Rhett, and Matchbox twenty, amongst another talented lineup of performers. Sunday’s headliners include Jason Aldean and Carly Pearce.

Be sure to check back for Saturday’s wrap up, interviews, as well as images of the incredible performers.
