When should I request shows? Will I need to find the contact info?Most publicists start to approve requests about 2-4 weeks before a show, this depends on the artist and the size of the venue. If you are requesting a festival they usually start accepting press requests months in advance. (Do not forget to CC me in emails when requesting - devotingdestinymagazine@gmail.com) +If you need help requesting shows please contact me and I will give you a template Yes you will need to find the contact info on your own - If you can't find them feel free to join this Facebook group called PRESS CONTACT FACEBOOK GROUP + If you get rejected it's very common and please do not take it personal. Some publicists get flooded with emails and don't have time to respond. If you do not hear back a couple days before you can send up a follow up email. +Some Artists will have a waiver/contracts please be aware what you are signing *PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS*

How many photos do I need to upload and where?If you are a photographer shooting a show for Devoting Destiny, we need at least 7 edited high-quality photos from each band/artist. Photo galleries can be sent to us Google Drive, Dropbox, We Transfer.

How many shows do I need to coverWe would like to cover at least 1 a month. We understand if something comes up (work, school, can't travel to venues)

What happens if someone requests the same concert?I will have a google sheet for you to fill out so we don't overlap requests.

Are we allowed to use our own photos for personal use?Yes, but you will not be able to post them until 2 weeks after you submit them to us. We would like the photos/review to be first LIVE on our socials.

How much time do I have to edit photos and write the review before submitting?Galleries and reviews should be sent 14 days or earlier from the concert date.
